Joseph’s Dream
Gen 37:3 LSB - [3] Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his sons because he was the son of his old age; and he made him a varicolored tunic.
Gen 37:5 LSB - [5] Then Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; so they hated him even more.
Gen 37:11 LSB - [11] And his brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the saying [in mind].
Joseph Sold by His Brothers
Gen 37:28 LSB - [28] Then some Midianite traders passed by, so they pulled [him] up and lifted Joseph out of the pit and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty [shekels] of silver. Thus they brought Joseph into Egypt.
Gen 37:36 LSB - [36] Meanwhile, the Midianites sold him in Egypt to Potiphar, Pharaoh's officer, the captain of the bodyguard.\

[29] And then it happened, as he drew back his hand, that behold, his brother came out. So she said, "What a breach you have made for yourself!" So he was named Perez. [30] Afterward his brother came out who had the scarlet [thread] on his hand; and he was named Zerah.
Joseph in Potiphar’s House
Gen 39:3 LSB - [3] Now his master saw that Yahweh was with him and [how] Yahweh caused all that he did to succeed in his hand.
Gen 39:12 LSB - [12] Then she seized him by his garment, saying, "Lie with me!" And he left his garment in her hand and fled and went outside.
Joseph Is Put into Jail
Gen 39:21 LSB - [21] But Yahweh was with Joseph and extended lovingkindness to him and gave him favor in the sight of the chief jailer.
Gen 39:23 LSB - [23] The chief jailer did not supervise anything under Joseph's hand because Yahweh was with him; and whatever he did, Yahweh made to succeed.
