1 Corinthians 4-6

Servants of Christ

[1] Let a man consider us in this manner, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God
[1Co 4:1 LSB]

[3] But to me it is a very small thing that I may be examined by you, or by [any] human court. In fact, I do not even examine myself.
[4] For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted. But the one who examines me is the Lord.
[1Co 4:3-4 LSB]

[11] To this present hour we hunger and thirst, and are poorly clothed, and roughly treated, and homeless; [12] and we labor, working with our own hands; when we are reviled, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure;
[13] when we are slandered, we try to plead; we have become as the scum of the world, the grime of all things, [even] until now.
[1Co 4:11-13 LSB]

[15] For if you were to have countless tutors in Christ, yet [you would] not [have] many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel
[16] Therefore I exhort you, be imitators of me
[1Co 4:15-16 LSB]

Sexual Immorality in the Church

[11] But now I am writing to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is a sexually immoral person, or greedy, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler--not even to eat with such a one.
[1Co 5:11 LSB]

[13] But those who are outside, God will judge. REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES.
[1Co 5:13 LSB]

Lawsuits Among Believers

[3] Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life?
[1Co 6:3 LSB]

[1Co 6:11 LSB]

Flee Sexual Immorality

[17] But the one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit [with Him].
[1Co 6:17 LSB]

[19] Or do you not know that your body is a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?
[20] For you were bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body
[1Co 6:19-20 LSB]
