Isaiah 31-33 - Every Morning

Woe to Those Who Go down to Egypt

Isa 31:1 LSB - [1] Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help
[And] rely on horses,
And trust in chariots because they are many
And in horsemen because they are very mighty,
But they do not have regard for the Holy One of Israel, nor seek Yahweh!

A King Will Reign Righteously

Isa 32:15 LSB - [15] Until the Spirit is poured out upon us from on high,
And the wilderness becomes a fruitful orchard,
And the fruitful orchard is counted as a forest.

The King in His Beauty

Isa 33:2 LSB -
[2] O Yahweh, be gracious to us; we have hoped in You.
Be their strength every morning
Our salvation also in the time of distress.

Isa 33:2 ESV -
[2] O LORD, be gracious to us; we wait for you.
Be our arm every morning, our salvation in the time of trouble.

Psa 143:8 LSB -
[8] Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning
For I trust in You;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk;
For to You I lift up my soul.

Lam 3:22-23 LSB - [22] HETH
The lovingkindnesses of Yahweh indeed never cease,
For His compassions never fail.
[23] [They] are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

Isa 33:14 LSB -
[14] Sinners in Zion are in dread;
Trembling has seized the godless.
"Who among us can sojourn with the consuming fire?
Who among us can sojourn with continual burning?"

Isa 33:22 LSB -
[22] For Yahweh is our judge,
Yahweh is our lawgiver,
Yahweh is our king;
He will save us--

Isa 33:24 LSB - [24] And no one who dwells [there] will say, "I am sick";
The people who inhabit there will be forgiven [their] iniquity.
