Luke 19-21

Zaccheus Is Saved

[5] And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and said to him, "Zaccheus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house."

[9] And Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because he, too, is a son of Abraham. [10] "For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save the lost." [Luk 19:9-10 LSB]

Parable of the Ten Minas

 [26] 'I tell you that to everyone who has, more shall be given, but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away. [Luk 19:26 LSB]

Lament over Jerusalem

[43] "For the days will come upon you when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side, [44] and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation." Jesus Drives Merchants from the Temple

[45] And Jesus entered the temple and began to drive out those who were selling, 
[46] saying to them, "It is written, 'AND MY HOUSE SHALL BE A HOUSE OF PRAYER,' but you have made it a ROBBERS' DEN." [Luk 19:45-46 LSB]

Parable of the Vine-Growers

[15] "So they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What, then, will the owner of the vineyard do to them? 
[16] "He will come and destroy these vine-growers and will give the vineyard to others." When they heard [this], they said, "May it never be!" [Luk 20:15-16 LSB]

[29] Then He told them a parable: "Behold the fig tree and all the trees; 
[30] as soon as they put forth [leaves] and you see it for yourselves, know that summer is now near. 
[31] "So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near. 
[32] "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. 
[33] "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away. [Luk 21:29-33 LSB]
