David Organizes the Musicians
1Ch 25:1-2 LSB - [1] Moreover, David and the commanders of the army separated for the service [some] of the sons of Asaph and of Heman and of Jeduthun, who [were] to prophesy with lyres, harps, and cymbals; and the number of those who performed their service was: [2] Of the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah; the sons of Asaph [were] under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king.
1Ch 25:3 LSB - [3] Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun with the harp, who prophesied in giving thanks and praising Yahweh.
1Sa 10:5 LSB - [5] "Afterward you will come to the hill of God where the Philistine garrison is; and it shall be as soon as you have come there to the city, that you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with harp, tambourine, flute, and a lyre before them, and they will be prophesying.
1Ch 25:7 LSB - [7] And their number who were trained in singing to Yahweh, with their relatives, all who were skillful, [was] 288.

1Ch 26:4-5 LSB - [4] Obed-edom had sons: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, Sacar the fourth, Nethanel the fifth, [5] Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh [and] Peullethai the eighth; God had indeed blessed him.
1Ch 13:14 LSB - [14] Thus the ark of God remained with the household of Obed-edom in his house three months; and Yahweh blessed the household of Obed-edom with all that he had.
Caring for the Holy Treasure
1Ch 26:20 LSB - [20] As for the Levites, Ahijhah was over the treasures of the house of God and of the treasures of the holy gifts.
