Edom Will Be Brought Down

Oba 1:3-4 LSB - 

[3] "The arrogance of your heart has deceived you, You who dwell in the clefts of the cliff, In the height of your habitation, Who says in his heart, 'Who will bring me down to earth?' 

[4] "Though you build loftily like the eagle, Though you set your nest among the stars, From there I will bring you down," declares Yahweh.

The Day of Yahweh Is Near

Oba 1:18 LSB - [18] "Then the house of Jacob will be a fire And the house of Joseph a flame; But the house of Esau [will be] as stubble. And they will set them on fire and consume them So that there will be no survivor of the house of Esau," For Yahweh has spoken.

The Kingdom of Yahweh

Oba 1:21 LSB - [21] And the saviors will ascend Mount Zion To judge the mountain of Esau, And the kingdom will belong to Yahweh.

Haggai

The Commission to Rebuild the Temple

Hag 1:14-15 LSB -
[14] So Yahweh stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and did work on the house of Yahweh of hosts, their God,
[15] on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month in the second year of Darius the king.

The Glory of Yahweh Will Fill the Temple

Hag 2:7-9 LSB -
[7] 'And I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the desirable things of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory,' says Yahweh of hosts.
[8] 'The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,' declares Yahweh of hosts.
[9] 'The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,' says Yahweh of hosts, 'and in this place I will give peace,' declares Yahweh of hosts."
