The Nearness of God Is My Good
[1] A Psalm of Asaph.
Surely God is good to Israel,
To those who are pure in heart!
[Psa 73:1 LSB]
[17] Israel has been saved by Yahweh With an everlasting salvation; You will not be put to shame or dishonored To all eternity.
[Isa 45:17 LSB]
[47] Jesus saw Nathanael coming to Him, and said about him, "Behold, truly an Israelite in whom there is no deceit!"
[Jhn 1:47 LSB]
[6] But [it is] not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are [descended] from Israel;[7] nor are they all children because they are Abraham's seed, but: "THROUGH ISAAC YOUR SEED WILL BE NAMED."[8] That is, the children of the flesh are not the children of God, but the children of the promise are considered as seed.[Rom 9:6-8 LSB]
[22] Then I was senseless and ignorant; I was [like] an animal before You.
[23] Nevertheless I am continually with You; You have taken hold of my right hand.
[24] With Your counsel You will lead me, And afterward take me in glory.
25] Whom have I in heaven [but You]? And besides You, I desire nothing on earth.
[Psa 73:22-25 LSB]
Yet God Is My King
[1] A Maskil of Asaph.
Why, O God? Have You rejected [us] forever? Why does Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?
[2] Remember Your congregation, which You have purchased of old, Which You have redeemed to be the tribe of Your inheritance; [And] this Mount Zion, where You have dwelt.
[Psa 74:1-2 LSB]

[2] Remember Your congregation, which You have purchased of old, Which You have redeemed to be the tribe of Your inheritance; [And] this Mount Zion, where You have dwelt.
[Psa 74:1-2 LSB]
