Joshua 10-12 - O sun, stand still at Gibeon

Five Kings Attack Gibeon

Jos 10:1 LSB - [1] Now it happened that when Adoni-zedek king of Jerusalem heard that Joshua had captured Ai and had devoted it to destruction (just as he had done to Jericho and its king, so he had done to Ai and its king), and that the inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel and were within their land,

Adoni-zedek = "my lord is righteous"

Jos 10:11 LSB - [11] Now it happened as they fled from before Israel, [while] they were at the descent of Beth-horon, that Yahweh threw down large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died; [there were] more who died from the hailstones than those whom the sons of Israel killed with the sword.

Jos 10:12-14 LSB - [12] Then Joshua spoke to Yahweh in the day when Yahweh gave over the Amorites before the sons of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, "O sun, stand still at Gibeon, And O moon in the valley of Aijalon." [13] So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, Until the nation avenged themselves of their enemies. Is it not written in the book of Jashar? And the sun stood in the middle of the sky and did not hasten to go [down] for about a whole day. [14] And there was no day like that before it or after it, when Yahweh listened to the voice of a man; for Yahweh fought for Israel.

Isa 28:21 LSB - [21] For Yahweh will rise up as [at] Mount Perazim; He will be stirred up as in the valley of Gibeon, To work His work, His unusual work, And to labor in His labor, His exceptional labor.

Isa 38:8 LSB - [8] "Behold, I will cause the shadow on the stairway, which has gone down with the sun on the stairway of Ahaz, to go back ten steps." So the sun's [shadow] went back ten steps on the stairway on which it had gone down.

Joshua Captures Makkedah

Jos 10:21 LSB - [21] that all the people returned to the camp to Joshua at Makkedah in peace. No one [so much as] lifted his tongue against any of the sons of Israel.

Isa 54:17 LSB - [17] "No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the inheritance of the slaves of Yahweh, And their righteousness is from Me," declares Yahweh.

Israel Captures Kings by Yahweh’s Sword

Jos 10:40 LSB - [40] Thus Joshua struck all the land--the hill country and the Negev and the Shephelah and the slopes--as well as all their kings. He left no survivor remaining, but he devoted to destruction all who breathed, just as Yahweh, the God of Israel, had commanded.

Joshua Takes the Whole Land

Jos 11:11 LSB - [11] And they struck every person who was in it with the edge of the sword, devoting [them] to destruction; there was no one left who breathed. And he burned Hazor with fire.

Jos 11:14 LSB - [14] Now all the spoil of these cities and the cattle, the sons of Israel took as their plunder; but they struck every man with the edge of the sword until they had destroyed them. They left no one remaining who breathed.

The Kings of the East Struck Down

Jos 12:6 LSB - [6] Moses the servant of Yahweh and the sons of Israel struck them down; and Moses the servant of Yahweh gave it to the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh as a possession.

The Kings of the West Struck Down

Jos 12:7-8, 24 LSB - [7] Now these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the sons of Israel struck down beyond the Jordan toward the west, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon even as far as Mount Halak, which rises toward Seir; and Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel as a possession according to their divisions, [8] in the hill country and in the Shephelah and in the Arabah and on the slopes and in the wilderness and in the Negev; the Hittite, the Amorite and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite and the Jebusite: ... [24] the king of Tirzah, one: in all, thirty-one kings.
