Christ’s Sacrifice Once for All
Psa 40:6-8 LSB -[6] Sacrifice and meal offering You have not desired; My ears You have opened;Burnt offering and sin offering You have not required.[7] Then I said, "Behold, I come;In the scroll of the book it is written of me.[8] "I desire to do Your will, O my God;Your law is within my inner being."
Heb 10:10 LSB - [10] By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Heb 10:12-14 LSB - [12] but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD, [13] waiting from that time UNTIL HIS ENEMIES ARE PUT AS A FOOTSTOOL FOR HIS FEET. [14] For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
Heb 10:15-17 LSB - [15] And the Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying, [16] "THIS IS THE COVENANT THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THEM AFTER THOSE DAYS, SAYS THE LORD: I WILL PUT MY LAWS UPON THEIR HEART, AND ON THEIR MIND I WILL WRITE THEM," [He then says], [17] "AND THEIR SINS AND THEIR LAWLESS DEEDS I WILL REMEMBER NO MORE."
Jer 31:33-34 LSB -
[33] "But this is the covenant which I will cut with the house of Israel after those days," declares Yahweh: "I will put My law within them, and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
[34] "And they will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, 'Know Yahweh,' for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them," declares Yahweh, "for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."
A New and Living Way
[19] Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus,
[20] by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh,
[21] and since [we have] a great priest over the house of God,
[22] let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
[23] Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
[24] And let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds,
[25] not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging [one another], and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

By Faith
Heb 11:13 LSB - [13] All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth.
Heb 11:17-19 LSB - [17] By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was offering up his only [son], [18] to whom it was said, "IN ISAAC YOUR SEED SHALL BE CALLED." [19] He considered that God is able to raise [people] even from the dead, from which, figuratively speaking, he also received him back.
Heb 11:39-40 LSB - [39] And all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive what was promised, [40] because God had provided something better for us, so that apart from us they would not be made perfect.
Faith Is Believing | Daniel O. Teasley
Faith is believing, the promise is true,Trusting in Jesus your strength to renew;Resting so sweetly, secure on His word,Shielded from danger with Jesus the Lord.Refrain:Faith is believing, simply receivingWhat in His promise God has revealed;Trust Him forever, doubt Him, no, never,Till thy petition His Spirit hath sealed.Faith is believing, why longer remainUnder the bondage of Satan’s domain?See, though all blood-stained, the banner unfurled—Faith is the victory that conquers the world.Faith is believing, the soul’s happy rest,Faith is believing, though sorely oppressed;Singing in triumph whatever assail,High on the mountains or low in the vale.Faith is believing, then doubt Him no more,Sell all your sorrows, your troubles give o’er;Soar in the sunlight above every cloud,Triumph forever, believing in God.
